Went to Smithtown Nissan for a price comparison on a lease. When the financing paperwork was prepared for signing and I questioned a difference in the total amount down, I told the leasing manager (Brian?) that I was informed my total down would be lower. He immediately took the paperwork back to Al and Al had him change it to what we discussed, even though they took a hit on the difference. No questions asked. Al even called me the day after I brought home my new car to ask if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with my car. The effort to achieve complete customer satisfaction was distinctive and unparalleled. When my new lease is due to expire, my first stop will not only be to Smithtown Nissan, but to Al Schwartz. My mother and I had gone in to look at Nissan maximas we had been car shopping for quite a while, Greg was extremely helpful and although we had said we seen the maxima he still took the the time to take us had been car shopping for quite a while, Greg was extremely helpful and although we had said we seen the maxima he still took the the time to take us for test drive and go over all the options in the car, making me more interested in the car. Needless to say we signed the lease n left the same day with the car. The prep job had a few imperfections so he sent it back to be touched up. Our experience with this dealership was excellent. They did not try to push you into anything you didn't want. They went through all your options to buy/lease a vehicle. The deal was the deal which is what I liked, there was no surprises and last minute sell at the end when you sign the paperwork.
