I went into the dealership knowing that I was looking to lease a new Rogue. As soon as I walked in with my family we were greeted by salesman Matt Brown. Right off the bat it was a pleasant visit. He was ex lease a new Rogue. As soon as I walked in with my family we were greeted by salesman Matt Brown. Right off the bat it was a pleasant visit. He was extremely friendly and helpful. During the process of trying to decide what I wanted in my car, he was trying to make it happen and wasn't just focused on getting cars out of the lot. Matt really took the time to get to know me and my family, and in turn we got to know him. I happened to go on MLK weekend when they were having great deals on the cars in the lot, so I was happy to know that I could drive away with a car that day. They wound up cutting me a GREAT deal for my Rogue SV, and a few extra perks at the end of the process :). I also needed to set up my own insurance, and Joe DeLucia was extremely helpful. He found me the lowest prices for insurance with great coverage. I highly recommend going to him to help with insurance. My favorite part about my visit to this dealership were the people. Not only Matt, but every single person in that dealership made my first car a HUGE deal and that made me really happy, because it was a big deal to me, financing my first car. Everyone was congratulating me left and right. They also said they would be in contact with me after I left with the car to make sure everything is going well and how I like my new car. My family and I have never owned a Nissan, and we will DEFNINTELY be going back. I HIGHLY recommend Smithtown Nissan, specifically, working with salesman Matt Brown. I love my new Rogue, and cant stop raving about what a great experience I had at Smithtown Nissan. :) More

Jorge Cordero was great, and an example of what a saleman should be... helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgable. He didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision right away. I appreciated that, in fact I came back later THAT DAY to lease my new Rogue!! (I didn't want to risk going back on Jorge's day off since my experience with him was so enjoyable.) I went in to Nissan just before New Years with the intention of "just looking". I was very impressed with the cars Nissan offered, but even more impressed with the level of professionalism displayed intention of "just looking".
