Joseph Urso is the reason I stayed with Nissan. Initially, I wanted to change my Altima for a different brand. After meeting and dealing with the Chevys, Hyundais, Hondas, BMWs, Mercedes Benzs and Initially, I wanted to change my Altima for a different brand. They were great. However, the service department was supposed to call and make an appointment for me within two weeks of purchase. Never did so, dont know what happened there.
