I just completed the lease agreement for my third Altima. Bob, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with this purchase. I was recommended to this dealership by a relative. I had called Joe Urso on the phone and he took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me and told me to come in. I went in the next day and was greeted by everyone in a friendly manner. I was introduced to Joe, who for the brief time we spoke on the phone, remembered who I was and what I was looking for. He then set me up with a sales associate Greg who was very nice and willing to help us in any way he can. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped make this an overall pleasant experience. He got me a price I was able to afford on a brand new Altima. When my credit made the initial price go up, Brian, was also very helpful. He was trying to do whatever he could in order to lower the price to something reasonable that would be able to afford. After a little bit of time he was able to lower the price a great deal. It was my first time getting a car and it was a great experience because of the people who work there. They are all so friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this dealership. In fact, my mom is planning on getting a car from there soon. And I want to thank Joe, Greg, and Brian for everything they did for me.
