Experience at Smithtown Nissan We were interested in trading in the Altima for a Sentra to save on gas mileage. Initially told that there was a 2013 model that suited our price range and specifications, however when we got there to finalize the lease, that model had gone back to another dealership. To satisfy us, both Bob and Will searched through the inventory an found and offered us a 2014 in both the options and price range that we wanted. As we had to leave there for another appointment later that evening, the process was expedited, and we were able to complete all paperwork in the needed time frame. All in all, the experience was a stress-free and satisfying one. We highly recommend this dealership. More

I liked the dealership. I liked the salesmans we sat with and he was very attentive to us. This is the second time we have leased through this dealership. It is a hike from where we live even though there ar and he was very attentive to us. This is the second time we have leased through this dealership. It is a hike from where we live even though there are other dealerships closer. I feel that the whole timing of it should be quicker then the 7 hours i spent there. For us we were trading in leases and getting new ones after picking them out and doing the price i just felt like it took forever waiting for finance people. I know it can get busy but the process should move quicker. Also you need more inventory. Not just on altimas. i got a sentra but as usual the pickings were slim. Also the detailing department definitely needs to do a better job. I had to spend the next day cleaning everything they missed. White marker numbers on my rims, yellow marker inside on locks and door jams. Wax everywhere! and still dirt. pointless to clean it. Hopefully by the time the lease is up things will be better. We will come back but just pointing out things that bother my husband and myself. The wait for signing with finance just over an hour wait. And the detailing was a huge disappointment. More

My experience was a pleasant one. Jim Fern is a very considerate and knowledgeable salesperson. I leased a new Maxima and returned my old Maxima with Jim.
