Absolutely AWFUL! I have called 4-5 times, my trade in has not be paid off, I was never informed that it was not paid and now my credit score is being negatively hit. Receptionist is rude. No calls back f has not be paid off, I was never informed that it was not paid and now my credit score is being negatively hit. Receptionist is rude. No calls back from management. Extremely unhelpful and everyone is just shrugging it off. I am unable to make 2 payments at a time, but they do not care. No one asked me how satisfied I am with the car and its awful. I test drove a model up because when I got my car half the features were not in the car. So disappointed and the management will not call me back! If I could give 0 stars I would. So frustrating. Finance person was RUDE, pushy and dismissive. Made an error and charged me twice. And I had to walk across the street to get $300 CASH to pay for plates? Seems extremely off and there were no answers why. STAY AWAY! Sales person was nice. That was the only thing going for them. More
