I went to Smithtown Kia because I heard good things about the dealership from a friend. I was looking for a Kia Forte. After looking at the cars I saw a white Forte that I loved only to find out the car had the dealership from a friend. I was looking for a Kia Forte. After looking at the cars I saw a white Forte that I loved only to find out the car had been sold the day before. I was so disappointed; however, my salesperson, Mike Fisher, promised me that I would have the car that I wanted. The very next day Mike called and told me that my new car was on its way to the dealership. I really did not expect the car to look exactly like the first one I saw with all the added features, but it was. I couldn't believe it! Mike really went out of his way to make sure the car was perfect. He also took the time to walk me through all the features and explain each one. Additionally, the Business Manager, Roy Randazzo, was so nice and helpful. He worked with me to keep my payment exactly where I wanted it to be and carefully explained every document before I signed it - answering all of my questions along the way. I recommend Smithtown Kia as the place to go if you are looking for a new car. Everyone was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with from my salesperson to the General Manager, who took the time to speak with me to ensure that I was happy with my new car. More
