This dealer deceived me during negotiations for a new vehicle. After taking a deposit and charging my card did we see the car we "bought " to discover that it was not close at all. It then took a MONTH t vehicle. After taking a deposit and charging my card did we see the car we "bought " to discover that it was not close at all. It then took a MONTH to get the deposit back. It was originally indicated to us that it would have been done the following business day. I had to get the corporate office involved to assist in facilitating this. The pricing was not very competitive either. I would recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealer. More

I love Smithtown Kia. Their service from the sales staff to the service department is outstanding. Atmosphere is everything in service departments these days. I have to say, the atmosphere in this service department is wonderful! Over the years I have purchased a variety of new cars, both foreign and domestic. It was not until I purchased my new Forte from Smithtown Kia and had it serviced there that I truly felt all those fancy both foreign and domestic. It was not until I purchased my new Forte from Smithtown Kia and had it serviced there that I truly felt all those fancy sayings like the "customer is always right" or "the customer is our #1 priority" were true. It all started with the appointment phone call when I spoke with Michele. She was not only courteous and professional on the phone, but in person as well. Michele carefully listened to my concerns and made my service experience a truely stress free one. I was never treated any differently than someone with a top of the line purchase. I would highly recommend Smithtown Kia. More

I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and the quality of personnel at Kia of Smithtown! Each of the three times I've brought my 2011 Sorrento to this dealership for service, the people there the quality of personnel at Kia of Smithtown! Each of the three times I've brought my 2011 Sorrento to this dealership for service, the people there could not have been nicer or more helpful! One service advisor, in particular, Steve Goldstein, has really gone out of his way to make my experience a positive one. This dealership gets my highest rating, and this summer when I'm going to be buying my daughter a car to take back to college, I definitely expect to buy it from Kia of Smithtown! More
