I recently purchased a new vehicle at Kia in Smithtown, NY and must say that my experience there was a good one. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted with the vehicle but the service as well. The last time I leased a car. This tiime I really wanted to buy to own my car. I was greeted immediatley with a warm smile and handshake. Mr. Groff was friendly and informative. He listened carefully to what I wanted in a vehicle from the color to the interior to the gas mileage. He answered all my questions easily, it was obvious he new the product. He showed me a car that everything I wanted and worked with me to get the payment I felt comfortable with. I would highly reccomend this dealership. Victor is a horrible sales man. Bought a brand new car from him in Febuary it was at night time. So he offered a free detail to remove anything that was wrong. I bought the car to him in June left it ther from him in Febuary it was at night time. So he offered a free detail to remove anything that was wrong. I bought the car to him in June left it there for hours just to have the car car washed not detail. Before I left I ask to speak to him and I was told by two different people that he left which was a lie cause I saw him with my two eyes that he was there he was in the back. Every Time you call to speak to him he nevers returns any call back. He would tell you what you want to hear but all he does is lie and so are his coworkers. Victor is horrible at what he does. More
