My 4x4 traded in for a good value and the team kept working with me to find the best vehicle and warranty protection well within my budget. These guys aren't there to play games and run back and forth to the manager like some other dealerships, but rather work with you to find a car that you will love and that is realistic to your budget and credit score. I read the high praises of this dealership online before I went there and was so very happy to experience it myself. Their website is easy to navigate and it has many tools that allowed me as a potential customer to arrive with a realistic idea of what I could expect for my trade-in as well as my needed down-payment to achieve my budgeted monthly payments. It's an easy pleasure to offer my recommendation of this dealership. More
I was a loyal customer to Smithtown Kia. I personally purchased a Kia Rondo, Kia Sedona and Kia Sportage. I referred 5 other people to the dealership who purchased cars. (3 Sedonas, 1 Sorento, 1 Optima purchased a Kia Rondo, Kia Sedona and Kia Sportage. I referred 5 other people to the dealership who purchased cars. (3 Sedonas, 1 Sorento, 1 Optima). I was ready to purchase a new Sedona when they come out later this year but will not do so. All I can say is there were some issues with an extended warranty that I was sold on my 2006 Kia Sedona. The issues were substantial enough that I immediately traded in my Sedona and leased a Town and Country. After trying for weeks to get the reimbursement for the residual value of the remainder of the extended warranty I have yet to be reimbursed. I was given the run around and when asked about any loyalty the customer was owed I was basically laughed at. A heated exchange between myself and the General manager took place via telephone with out getting anything resolved. T More

My experience at Smithtown Kia was great. We were fortunate to work with Rick which made the process easy and fast. Rick was nice enough to wait for us even though we arrived almost as they were about to close. The entire team made the experience painless and was surprised how quick they were able to do it. My credit is less than perfect yet Rick looked for all the rebates that could possibly apply. They had everything ready and was able to pick up my car two days after, again waiting for me even though it was very close to closing time. Rick was not pushy, he listened and was very helpful. More
I went to just look for a car. I do not have the best credit but Jay(finance dept) was able to get me the best rate possible. If it wasnt for all his hard work I would not have bought my car. She went above and beyond her way to locate a black vehicle with grey interior from another dealership and worked closely with me through the entire process, from intitial visit through price negotiation to delivery of the Optima LX. Smithtown Kia is close to my home, and although they did not have the car I wanted in stock they eventually were able to get the car that I wanted in. I paid a little more than I would have liked but I am v not have the car I wanted in stock they eventually were able to get the car that I wanted in.
