The best dealership around bar none I've had many experiences buying cars, but my last two experiences were at Smithtown KIA. This time around we worked with Danny Bubb and he was professional, efficient, a straight-shooter, no nonsense, courteous and kind - exactly what you want and expect in a salesman. The entire experience was amazing and we love the new Sorento. KIA continues to make sharp, great looking, comfortable and dependable vehicles. Nothing went wrong with our previous lease and I don't expect we'll have any issues this time around either. If we do, their professionalism extends to their service department. Again, the best! Enjoyable. My husband and I woke up Friday morning 6/12/15 and decided to just go out and look at new SUV's, we didn't need to purchase one right away, we had pl My husband and I woke up Friday morning 6/12/15 and decided to just go out and look at new SUV's, we didn't need to purchase one right away, we had plenty of time. KIA in Smithtown was our first stop and that's when we met our salesman Adam Hernandez. I liked him right off the top of our meeting him. I explained we were just looking to get ideas. Adam was very understanding of our situation, helpful with any questions and patient with showing and test driving the SUV's (we had our 16 month old daughter with us which led to test driving separately with my husband and I). We really liked the Sorento and Adam gave us a price. Again, we did say we were just looking, then we left and looked at other dealers. Adam did call and leave a message on our phone that he had the 2016 that we might like as well and was a few inches bigger all around. After doing research and figuring out our options we decided to go back the next morning and look at the 2016 model. (I also liked the 2015 model that I looked at as well - but Adam seemed to know what I wanted and I didn't realize what I wanted myself). We met with Adam Saturday morning again. As I said earlier he was very patient. What I liked most about Adam was that, he wasn't pushy! That is a big turn off for me. When I feel like someone is too pushy and just looking out for a sale I will walk away and leave (which I did do that Friday at other dealerships). Since I am writing this paragraph sharing my experience you know that I did purchase a KIA from Smithtown dealers. I am very happy and am enjoying driving my new 2016 Sorento. Justin got me a very fair price on both my trade in vehicle and the new vehicle I wanted. He found what I was looking for in a Yonkers dealership and he drove up there the next day and brought that car back to Smithtown KIA. The car was cleaned and prepped when I arrived to pick it up and the final paperwork went smoothly. Best of all, their were NO HIDDEN fees or surprises. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I feel that both Justin and the dealership performed in a honest and professional fashion. More
