Surprise Experience I was in the area and decided to stop in "just to look" because my lease was almost up and I wanted to start pricing cars. Charlie immediately put me at ease and introduced me to sales consultant Jonny Hammel who was an absolute rock star! Jonny was well versed on the model I was looking at, he was personable and professional and had a great sense of humor. When it came time to sit down and discuss pricing, Charlie made it very simple and worked with me to come up with a payment which was fair and affordable. He was very pleasant, and in no way condescending, as other sales people at other dealerships had been in the past. Gerard Ragan was the finance person who worked with me on the pricing and credit portion of this undertaking. He was so unlike any of the other finance people I'd dealt with prior. He was professional from the first minute to the last. He explained things so that I could understand. I was truly impressed. Finally, when it was time to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork, Rosa Fernandez-Walker was the person I sat with. She was just awesome! Funny and professional, she reviewed EVERYTHING in detail with me and explained all the charges on the bill of sale. Great Service .Brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to have checked out because of a stalling issue. Eric the service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the .Brought my 2014 Kia Forte in to have checked out because of a stalling issue. Eric the service manager was prompt and courteous. I had to leave the car, since I came in without an appointment, and was provided a free shuttle back to my house. They held the car maybe 5 hours and at that time provided it with a computer update and road test. The issue seems resolved and all for no charge. I was very pleased with their professionalism and hold them in the highest esteem. Smithtown Kia once again shines through. More
