I worked with Scott and Didier to see what could be done on a trade in for a newer model year used vehicle. They understood the situation I was thrown into and did an excellent job in working a beneficial deal on a 2018 Sportage. Quick easy and comfortable experience. Definitely recommend this dealership. Excellent Customer Service and Sales Reps I recently had to help my mother lease a new car and did some shopping around before arriving at Smithtown Kia. We had originally visited Huntington Kia but the sales representative we spoke to there was strange and unprofessional - making inappropriate jokes and seemed unknowledgeable about the cars. The service at Smithtown Kia was miles ahead - professional, sincere, transparent, friendly, and helpful. Alex, our sales person was highly knowledgeable about the Kia forte and explained to my mother all of the key features and specifications. He was highly courteous and friendly and made the experience easy and fast. Greg, Alex's manager wrote up some numbers and we came to a very reasonable down payment/monthly payment for the lease. Overall, I would highly recommend Smithtown Kia. More
