Acceptable The people are decent and the car is nice so far so good. In fact this is not my original review. I was contacted by the dealer and asked to take it down. Being a man of my word I did. I was told if I ever need anything just call. Well I'm still eaiting for someone to return my call. Got a nice car at a price that was not the negotiated price. Just make sure you know what the taxes and fees are going to end up. I did ask about the fees and was told i don't know. In fact we received a bill for 5 dollars because they under estimated the fees. Would i go back there...most likely not. More

He didn’t keep me updated and when I reached out for updates via email, it was like I was speaking to someone who was either drunk, or had the intelligence of a 6 year old. He was relatively condescending and kept getting distracted by my appearance. He left out telling me I’d need a large amount of money with me when finalizing. Now, the manager, Charlie, was great, as was Mike Halliday, who kept me updated every step of the way (after taking over from Gerard Rennie), and Gerard Ragan did a great job finishing things up. Id definitely recommend going there, but avoid working with Mr Rennie. More

New vehicle sold with faulty tire Leased a brand new 2018 Kia Forte 2 days later I walked to my parked car to see a flat tire. When tire was removed by Mavis tire dealer it showed Leased a brand new 2018 Kia Forte 2 days later I walked to my parked car to see a flat tire. When tire was removed by Mavis tire dealer it showed the tire had been damaged and previously pluggedI. I was finally able to get a replacement tire but my trust in dealership is lost. Sales manager could not understand why I was upset I asked for a spare tire in compensationbut he would not accommodate Is it unreasonable to walk out with a brand new car and expect it to have new tires???? I guess this sales manager didn’t believe so! More

It was worth my drive from Queens. The attention after my purchase was unparalled despite bank loan issues on paperwork. Thomas ensured that the matter got resolved. I strongly recommend this dealership to friends family. Kia of Smithtown has earned a new repeating customer. Thank you and the best part no games or nonsense with back and forth silly price games. Gerard Rennie treated us like family at Smithtown Kia When my wife and I first visited Smithtown Kia, we didn't know much about the Kia brand other than the 10yr/100k mile warranty. Gerard patiently answered our questions at the dealership, and after hours on his personal phone. We test drove several certified used Kias before we decided to buy new, and Gerard was helpful and friendly throughout the journey. I can honestly say that I was very picky and particular, but yet Gerard stuck with us and satisfied every concern my wife and I had. Rosa in finance was also wonderful, and she saved us a lot of money. I'm thrilled with my new car, and highly recommend the friendly staff at Smithtown Kia. More

My Kia experience. I went into the dealership strictly to look around. With the knowledge of my salesman Tom Roy and team members Girard R (finance), Joe and Greg., sale I went into the dealership strictly to look around.
