Great experience, a few oops!! I had put a deposit down on an SUV I found online, on Smithtown Kia site . A day and a half later, I was informed it was sold ( promised) to another customer. My salesman, Tim, did go out of his way to find me a comparable Sorento And he went to great lengths to get it. There were several ups and downs to this process but it did all work out in the end. Not the color I originally wanted, not thrilled with the color but I do like it. But , in the end , my husband and I really liked Tim and his coworkers and everything and everyone at Smithtown KIA were wonderful upon purchasing. And they gave us a great warranty AND a better insurance premium ( including home owners, etc...thank you John!). 1/2 hour before we drove off the lot with our new SUV we were all having a good time! (Rosa in Finance was great, too). When they thank us for this review I’m hoping Smithtown KIA gives us a full detailing after Winter 2018/19 !!!! Hint hint::::::No management involved...maybe they can offer this...... More
