This dealership honored The price I had found explained all the options and the Incentives available to me. My deal with made and then onto financing where I had the pleasure of working with Rosa Who sealed the deal. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explained all to us making sure we understood all the paperwork and numbers that we were signing for the purchase. We originally went to Eagle Kia in Riverhead NY because they were a Costco partici Well let me start with the reason for us to going to Smithtown Kia. We originally went to Eagle Kia in Riverhead NY because they were a Costco participating dealer. If you are considering shopping at Eagle Kia, run don't walk away! We were lied to by the manager Tom saying if we did not finance through the dealer we would lose the $3,500 Kia rebate. That is not true I checked with Kia. The Saleswoman at Eagle Kia Amanda was no better and would not return my calls because they could not find the color Optima we wanted. That is all I will say about Eagle Kia for now because that will be all be in another review. I called Smithtown Kia to inquire about a 2018 Horizon blue Optima I saw in their online inventory. I was told a salesman would return my call shortly. Within 5 minutes Gerard returned my call, he was professional and friendly. I told him about the Costco price I had agreed on with Eagle Kia and he said he would get back to me in a few minutes. 10 minutes later he called back with a price that was very close to the Special Costco price and Gerard informed me we could get our own financing with no penalty. I gave him a deposit to hold the car until I could get there after work. When I arrived that night the car was out front just like he said for me to inspect. We loved the car and filled out all the necessary paper work and were told we could pick up the car the next day. The next day the car was meticulously detailed just as promised. Gerard had us sit in the car as he proceeded to explain everything about the car, from the emergency brake to the stereo with apple play.( That was a first for us, in the past the sales people would throw us the keys and say goodbye). We spent more time with Gerard showing us how everything in the car worked then we did finishing up the paperwork. Everyone was nice at the dealer from the receptionist to the finance manager Gerard Ragan and the sales manager Greg Carrion. I told Gerard Rennie we expected a painless experience and that is exactly what we got. I am very happy and thankful to Gerard and the rest of the staff at Smithtown Kia. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Gerard Rennie is the best!! More

We had made the rounds to other dealerships in the area (and there are many) and we found this one was the one to deal with. We liked their product and pricing and the experience dealing with Mike and Rosa couldn’t be better. We were pleased so much so, that within the same day that we recommended Mike at the dealership to a friend, she also made a purchase of a Kia. The following day, we came back and purchased a second Kia! We cannot thank Mike enough for his service to our needs. A great guy to deal with...honest, upfront and friendly. 2018 Kia Soul Plus I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with salesman Jorge M of Smithtown KIA.......he was an expert in all things Kia. we discussed the I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with salesman Jorge M of Smithtown KIA.......he was an expert in all things Kia. we discussed the merits of the Kia Soul Plus, went over all the workings of the car both inside and out. engines, MPG, handling of vehicle, storage, etc. we than took a nice test drive of several miles so I could get a feel for the vehicle. I discussed what I could afford and went over pricing of vehicle until we both came to a "fair for all concerned" agreement. I gave Jorge a down payment that very same day. Jorge than told me to talk to Gerard R in Finance to complete the paper work for the vehicle and set up my first service appointment. every detail we negotiated was on the final paper work, with no hidden surprises. the car was prepped and clean inside and out when I picked it up. all in all it was very pleasant experience for me. I am still smiling a week later. I will recommend anyone who may be interested a KIA to Jorge without hesitation. would like to thank all the employees, front line and back for their top tier customer service. JFM. More
