A very disrespectful offer of $100 trade off on my 2003/ 182,600 miles Mountaineer with a rebuilt engine (2013). VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! More

Repeat Customer This was my second time coming to this Kia dealership and I was coming due to my car being totalled so I was not in the best of moods to be car shoppi This was my second time coming to this Kia dealership and I was coming due to my car being totalled so I was not in the best of moods to be car shopping. I came in knowing what I was looking for and Gerard worked for a couple of days with me to try and find it. Unfortunately what i was after wasn't available on the East Coast (he looked far) but he was able to get me in a similar vehicle just a different color. I also worked with Rosa in Finance and as I do ask a lot of questions she worked well with me and I feel I got a great deal when I left. Overall a good experience but hopefully it will be a while before I to go back. More

An overall good experience with a few flaws. My father and I recently went to Smithtown Kia where I bought a used car after driving a dinosaur for years. I researched the place before going and f My father and I recently went to Smithtown Kia where I bought a used car after driving a dinosaur for years. I researched the place before going and found a nice, used 2016 Sorrento that I wanted. When we got there, we were greeted by the salesman and I told him what model I was looking to buy. We went out to the lot and test drove the car I had actually saw advertised on their site, he just happened to pick that one out, and we went back inside to talk about it. Things were going well, but it seemed like our salesmen was a little all over the place. He didn't seem to be totally invested in us. He did make some small talk and asked some questions but you could tell he wasn't completely focused on our sale. I realize the dealership was very busy that day, but it's important to make the customers feel like you're invested. Other than that, everything else went pretty smoothly. The man who did the finances with us was very knowledgeable, gave us his full attention, even specifically saying that since we were in his office, we were what mattered. We were in and out of finances quickly and I was able to take the car off the lot that day. We got a really good price for the car, have affordable payment on it, and we even did a trade in on my old car. Overall, I was very pleased and am happy I bought from them. More
