Our experience with Smithtown Kia Service From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he From the time we walked in to the service counter, Eric Papetended to us immediately. Both cars were being serviced. My Sorrento needed brakes and he kept us informed while we waited. We did not need transportation and we waited while service was completed. I do not feel we waited to long even though we needed brakes. Paperwork was completed when the car was delivered to us. Eric escorted us to the car at completion of the service. Awesome!!! So I found a deal in line too good to be true. Went to the dealership to feel them out and test drive the SUV. The next day I put $100 deposit and they pulled it from the lot so no one else would drive it. I was shocked!!! The next day my wife and I went in together and 1.5 hours later we drove off the lot in a very nice SUV. I was prepared to argue, inflate my chest and walk out if they deviated from the deal but I didn't have to do it. A pleasant experience. More
