Well Smithtown Kia provi I dreaded the process of buying a car and put it off for months. I envisioned a bitter, stressful and frustrating experience. Well Smithtown Kia provided just the opposite! I found Caleb to be a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest and did not rush me or pressure me in any way. There was no “hard sell” on the extended warranty or other products that car dealerships usually push. My credit was in the “fair” range and the finance team found me a quick loan at a competitive interest rate. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. At the conclusion of our deal, the vehicle went back to the garage for a final detailing. Many of the cosmetic imperfections were buffed or waxed out. This was a very pleasurable buying experience. I certainly recommend the Smithtown Kia team! More

Dishonest and Disappointing As long time clients of Smithtown Kia we were recently treated with complete disregard. In the last 8 years we have leased 10 vehicles and brought 2 As long time clients of Smithtown Kia we were recently treated with complete disregard. In the last 8 years we have leased 10 vehicles and brought 2 other Family members to the Dealership and they have leased 4 more vehicles. We ordered and put a deposit down on the new Telluride SX on April 24th 2019, we were told that it would be in at the end of August. While away on Vacation on June 21st we received a call from the New Car Sales Manager that the car was in and that the payments would now be $100.00 more a month with an increase of the deposit as well from $4,700.00 to $6,000.00. He told us that the promotion that was on during April of 2019 was no longer in affect and they could not honor our contract. The Manager then informed us since we would not give them the extra money he sold the vehicle to someone else that would, this transpired in 1 hours time, when I called back to try and reason with them since we had signed a contract and leased so many vehicles I was informed that the vehicle was already sold. I will never consider purchasing another Kia nor will my Family, because Kia Corporate basically said there was nothing they could do. More
