I found Caleb to be a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest and did not rush me or pressure me in any way. There was no “hard sell” on the extended warranty or other products that car dealerships usually push. My credit was in the “fair” range and the finance team found me a quick loan at a competitive interest rate. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. At the conclusion of our deal, the vehicle went back to the garage for a final detailing. Many of the cosmetic imperfections were buffed or waxed out. This was a very pleasurable buying experience. I certainly recommend the Smithtown Kia team! More
