Salesman’s dream perhaps to get one customer walk in Looking For two cars at once. We had been to another KIA dealer prior to Smithtown and that left a very bad taste in our mouth. But we were interested in the car brand so we gave this dealership a try. We honestly had a very positive experience from beginning to end. We were pleasantly surprised with the trade in offer, so that made trading in the old car very positive. We also visited the dealership many times throughout the process. We were initially greeted by a young salesman, Kyle, who turned out to be a gem. Kyle was fantastic from A to Z. We started out knowing we wanted a soul, but which model? We were also pretty sure we also wanted a Sorento. Kyle was so patient with every question we had and never, and I mean never, tried to push us towards any particular car. He listened to what we said we wanted in our cars, and helped guide us to the best choices for us. He even gave us his cell number so that if we had questions between visits we could get in touch with him easily. We used it, hopefully not too much! He was always happy to answer any questions we had and never pushed to get us back in to close the deal. In the end we did get the soul, and ended up with the Sportage instead of the Sorento. No one is more surprised than me that we switched to the Sportage and that is due in large part to Kyle really listening to our needs. Financing guy was super nice, and very informative. He worked with us over the phone beforehand running thru options for us to maximize interest rates and rebates. I can’t find anyone who has ever said I enjoy car shopping. I don’t really either, but these guys definitely took some of the pain out of it. I would absolutely positively not hesitate to recommend them. If you are in the market for a KIA, go visit! These gentlemen are professional and personal. I am highly impressed with the deal they gave me for my pre-owned, certified vehicle. In fact, several of my friends have remarked that I got a better deal than they did at other dealerships. These gentlemen took their time and went at my pace until we found a car and a price that worked for me. From the minute we arrived at Kia Smithtown we were immediate greeted by your salesman Caleb. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with every car he showed us. Caleb listened to what was important to us and made our car search seamless and a pleasure. Caleb was upfront, honest and followed up with us when promised. We have been to so many dealerships in the last 3 months and Caleb was truly the best we’ve encountered. My daughter was recently in a car accident and we delayed the car shopping process since we found it very stressful with other salesman and dealerships. Even after the sale was complete and financing was in place Caleb went the extra step and delivered the car to accommodate our schedule Caleb took the time to help us set up the options, Bluetooth, and explain all the extras that came with our new car. We also worked with the finance department with Jeff. Jeff also made the process so easy ans stress free. Jeff was upfront and honest and did exactly what he said.
