I emailed Frank and fulfilled any paperwork without the usual hassle associated in buying a car. When I went into Smithtown Kia I met Frank for the first time along with being greeted by Paul Varandas, the sales manager. I felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing I made the right choice in dealing with them. It's a large dealership without the usual background and secretive nonsense of going back and forth and facial expressions that would not get you into an acting class.
