Rip Off Offer Deanna, the client care representative, was awesome and saved me time from coming into the dealership. However, dealing with the sales rep Mike Hallid Deanna, the client care representative, was awesome and saved me time from coming into the dealership. However, dealing with the sales rep Mike Halliday was horrendous and because of that experience I would say to avoid Smithtown Kia at ALL costs. Tried to sell me a Telluride well above MSRP and gave me a completely low ball offer. I went to another dealership the day before and they gave me sticker price pricing on a more expensive model, yet Smithtown's offer on a cheaper model was way more expensive. Horrible experience. What a shame. More

I needed out of my chevy equinox asap but I couldn't afford to have a higher payment. I called kia of smithtown & asked for Ray who was recommended by my cousin who just purchased from him. Cause let's me honest sometimes it's just NOT worth the hassle. He gave a # I was very pleased with. I'm now rolling in my 2020 kia sportage S for the same monthly payment I even got tire insurance And complimentary oils changes and inspections..whatt?!, chevy offered none of that! I got out of that 2017 Chevy 8 months early and I couldn't be happier! This is my first kia and it won't be my last as long as Ray is my sales guy! More
