Longtime Customer, Excellent Company, Exceptional Service Have been a long time customer of Smithtown Kia. Was debating on whether to buy out my lease on the 2016 Optima I had or buy a new 2020 Forte. After Have been a long time customer of Smithtown Kia. Was debating on whether to buy out my lease on the 2016 Optima I had or buy a new 2020 Forte. After numerous visits and talks with Kyle Karlsen my salesman, he helped me determine to buy the Forte. He is an excellent salesman that is not pushy, informative and accommodating, and patient as I made my decision. He not only did an excellent job for me, he did a great job for his company in the very professional manner in which he executed his responsibilities. I made the decision with his help last night to buy the car and he had it ready to go for me this morning at 11, coming in early to accommodate my pickup. In addition Jeff in finance was also great to work with. Personable and professional and he really made the whole purchasing/finance experience easy and explained each step of the process. It is employees like this that make dealing with Smithtown Kia so easy and why I keep coming back. Each person you encounter is helpful, knowledgeable and professional and each time you reach out for service it is efficient and thorough. Amazingly. that didn't happen, Alan was very low key and answered all questions put to him not once pitching any particular car. Naturally. his attitude made us more amenable to working a deal w/him, His entire demeanor was the reason for our purchase of a Kia that day. We would definitely recommend Smithtown Kia and Alan to anyone we know seeking to buy a car. More

I was searching for the Telluride with tow package EX. My sale consultant was Gerard Rennie. He was polite and a true gentleman. There was a two to three months for the car I wanted. In S.C . My daughter lives on Long Island so I check with Smithtown Kia. They had my car and I was able to make a deal. I would also like to thank Liz for all her help with registration and title work. They Gave Me What I Asked For I knew we loved the Kia Sportage... but my goal was to find the dealership that would offer the numbers given to me on the national site. In the past, I knew we loved the Kia Sportage... but my goal was to find the dealership that would offer the numbers given to me on the national site. In the past, I always felt the "calculator" car brands use never match what I hear when I walk into a showroom. I always felt I had to haggle, wondering if I got the best price. So what did I do? I emailed Smithtown Kia with those numbers from the site... and whoa... they matched it! And doubly-great was that they also matched me with GERARD RENNIE! After a few quick, prompt emails getting all the specs, he presented me with the numbers I wanted to hear. Then I asked if I could come in that evening for a "no-pressure" test-drive... and that happened too! I sat in that chair afterwords and said "I want it". It was last Tuesday night, and usually dealerships want you to wait for hours and force you to drive away THAT day with a new car. My request... let's get it started with the paperwork, insurance, credit check etc, but please can I come back with my husband on the weekend to seal the deal? Yes, no pressure at all from Gerard, so I just gave my deposit. Alas on Saturday, with husband accompanying me, we got a great full tour of the vehicle from Gerard, did some final bill of sale paperwork with Craig, and was out the door in an hour and change. I LOVE MY KIA, AND I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! My lease comes with FREE synthetic oil changes every 7500 miles, and I signed up for a protection plan so tires and dents are covered. BRAVO GERARD, CRAIG AND CARMINE for being so easy to work with! More
