You can only know the excitement we had until about 2 hours later when we get a call from the owner saying he can’t grant this deal. discount given was less than 2k! Needless to say I will never use this dealership or recommend to anyone. More
Purchased a used Motor Home from Dan as the salesman and John as the manager. Paid $68,000 cash. A 30 day temporary registration was issued. After that period I had not received a registration, title or tags so a second temporary was issued. After the next 30 days still no plates or documents. I was promised by John and Dan that a third temporary would be issued and that it would be sent to me either guaranteed overnight delivery or personally delivered to me by the following Monday morning as I would be away.. That never happened. I called the dealership and conveniently neither Dan nor John were available. Jerry informed me that it is impossible to issue a third 30 day temporary and told me that whoever said so didn't know what they were talking about. John Smith is a principal of the dealership. I was forced to drive an unregistered vehicle home from a distant location. Many calls to Dan and John went either unanswered or messages not returned. I took delivery of the vehicle Aug. 20. It is now Dec. 20. The vehicle has been sitting in my driveway, unable to be used for two months. I've been arguing with Smith Motors and Ford Motor Company all this time. Smith Motors claimed it was Ford Motor Company's fault and Vice-versa. I picked up my registration and plates today and Dan had the audacity to tell me that I was undercharged $79 in registration fees which he expected me to pay. I refused. John entered the situation and I asked him what Smith Motors was going to do for me to compensate me for the two months that I was unable to use my motor home. After claiming that none of this was any of their fault, even the lies that he personally told me about the third temporary registration, the ONLY thing he did was let the $79 in additional registration fees slide. My wife and I had trips planned for those two months. Smith Motors has lost a customer and I hope this review compounds that. Beware of doing business with these consummate LIARS. They are not to be trusted. More

Tyler Smith is part of the latest generation of Smith's, and is the best of the best when it comes to honesty, integrity, customer service, and overall ease of purchasing a new vehicle. I've sent dozens of family and friends to Tyler and all have felt the same way. From the time you enter the showroom and are greeted by managers Jeff and John Smith, and the receptionist Debbie, you feel welcomed and appreciated. Jerry in Finance makes the closing process simple, and pleasant. The service department is very conveniently located just across the weather-protected drive-through breezeway, with Debora, Linda, Ed, and Grant always providing top-notch service, and getting you on your way as fast as possible. Especially during these difficult COVID-19 times, it's nice to see that a dealership can take great safety precautions, but not eliminate the fun and excitement of buying a new car. As well, even with industry-wide major inventory shortages, Smith Motor Company is still managing to help customers locate new and used vehicles, and selling everything a very fair prices. The competing dealerships that are charging extraordinary premiums and adding predatory-level markups to typical production vehicles should be ashamed, and learn a thing or two from the Smiths. Bottom line - if you want to be treated fairly and honestly, and see that your business is appreciated, visit Smith Motor Company. More
