This dealership has way surpassed my expectations twice! We had a fantastic car buying experience with Justin and 3 weeks after getting our GMC Terrain, I hit a deer on the way to work. Called my insurance company first and then we called and talked to Jennifer at the collision center. She was so nice and helpful! I also called Justin because we didn't have rental/loaner coverage on our insurance policy (to our dismay). The car was driveable with some left front end damage, so we drove it up and Justin had a car waiting for us to drive while our car was getting fixed. Justin and Jennifer both didn't want us to drive our damaged car and wait for parts to come in. This only added to our already high opinion of Smith Gray and honestly feel that we will never buy a car anywhere else. Jennifer Hayes at the collision center was awesome to work with, and made an otherwise awful event smooth and painless. More

Best car buying experience ever! We first saw a vehicle we liked on Smith Gray's website. We couldn't get there until a couple days later. He told us he would find what we are looking for and to give him a few days. As promised, he found us our 2015 GMC Terrain. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. From Justin, to DJ Reagle who helped with final paperwork to Mark Leperriere who went through the vehicle with us to explain all the features. Justin was off the day we picked up our vehicle, so Mark stepped in. Great group of guys! I would recommend this dealership highly! Best car buying experience we have ever had.
