Repair of collision damage on my 2012 Chev. Colorado I gave Smith Gray collision center 5 stars. First, Jennifer, the body shop rep who helped me, was very courteous and informative as she started the process of evaluating the condition of my truck. Second, she was very efficient in sharing information with me about the necessary procedures and the scheduling that was needed to complete the work. It did not take her long at all to prepare the paper work that I was to need to take with me. Third, she was willing to answer the few questions that I presented to her relating to the whole process for the week, including the direct information I needed to get a rental car from Enterprise Rental. During the time they were working on my truck, I had to call a couple of times to the collision center. Each time, Jennifer answered my questions very well. Today when I went over to the center to get my truck, Jennifer had all the paper work ready and all I had to do was sign my name, pay my deductible, and be on my way. All went well! More
