Between Mark and Justin, I was accommodated and educated about everything I was unsure of. Justin assured me that this car was amazing and he felt good knowing I was thinking of getting it. Mark and Justin really know about cars and REALLY show how much they care about customers. Their smiles were genuine and I could tell that I was a priority and they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciated every extra effort they made throughout my evening. Even when I thought I lost my phone, Mark and Justin went through the cars I drove to be sure it wasn't in them. I can't thank them enough. While doing my paperwork, every question was answered without irritation from Jim. I really appreciated him taking the time to show me the information and allow me to talk to David and my family when I was unsure about some decisions. Through the entire process, I never felt like I HAD to buy the AWESOME Enclave I drove home, but I felt comfortable knowing who was behind me every step of the way.
