Great experience as always. My service writer Jake helps me maintain my Toyota in top running condition. They are great with regards to working around my schedule. He will track what service that I am needi me maintain my Toyota in top running condition. They are great with regards to working around my schedule. We originally bought our Toyota at another dealership (a mistake I know), but the service experience here is so great, I have have never been back to the original dealership for any service. When we are shopping for our next car, we will be looking here first. More
Scheduled my Highlander for a 7:30 oil change. The only problem, workers don’t come in till 8:00.. should have been told this when I made the appointment, not when checking vehicle in. Failed yet again I made an appointment on 5/26/2020 for today (June 2) at 9 am at which time I was told the time needed to do the recall repair would be 1.5 hours. Wh I made an appointment on 5/26/2020 for today (June 2) at 9 am at which time I was told the time needed to do the recall repair would be 1.5 hours. When I dropped the car off this morning slightly before 9 amI was told it would take 2 hours, although written on the service report was car must be done by noon. Went and ran errands with husband, came back at 11:30 AM . Had to wait to be waited on. Bailey, who checked me in, was busy helping another person. Another service person asked if he could help me, but pushed me back to Bailey as she was the one who checked me, so I had to wait even longer. When Bailey did get to me she had to run down to the garage to figure out the status of the car, which was still in progress and would not be done until noon. This was double the time the person on the phone last week had estimated and an hour longer than Bailey had estimated this morning. No reason was given for the delay. Then I had to wait until after 12 noon to get the car. At 12:10, car was done. When I got to my car, I had to remove the plastic from the drivers seat and steering wheel along with the paper floor mat. I also had to reverse my car as they parked me behind another car although the entry area could hold 3 cars abreast and there was only 1 other car. On top of that had to exit the wrong way as that is how they parked the car. Every time I have been to this garage for service, the wait time has been more than it should be. Oil changes routinely took 2 hours if I stayed or dropped it off. More

Today, we responded to an ad he sent us and I thought that there is no way, I'm going to drive away with a new car...WRONG. in his pleasant manner, he said "let's see what we can do". When the negotiations were over, he overwhelmed us with a good price and a car that we could only dream of driving away.
