Prior to working with the folks at Smail Kia, "enjoyable" is not a word I would have ever used to describe the experience of buying a vehicle. I was out looking at Kias for a couple of weeks and decided to look on the internet and found Smail Kia. I sent a message about what I wanted to pay. I was told by another dealership i could never make the deal I wanted but had no problem with Juan at Smail Kia. I have purchased many new vehicles and never was this comfortable buying and it was never this easy. I'm not the type of person that gives compliments when buying a car but Juan was GREAT. I have never met Juan before but would buy from him again. My girlfriend is looking at buying a Kia Sportage and when she does I will make sure she goes to Juan at Smail Kia.
