The Smail dealership has gone above expectations to help me when AAA had to tow me from WV to Greensburg New Years weekend. (Morgantown said they couldn’t look at it for a week) it was a fuel pump issue that they repaired as quickly as possible. Their experienced mechanics saw other engine parts showing wear that they were able to replace while the engine was apart, saving me added labor costs. Not long after that the transmission went. Unfortunately the parts were backlogged nationally ( not Smail’s fault). RJ Imbrogno helped me through all of it keeping me updated with the status and obtaining two different loaner vehicles for me to work. He was professional and sympathetic with my situation. I can recommend the extended warranty to anyone knowing Smail upheld it with their service.
