Prior to working with the folks at Smail Kia, "enjoyable" is not a word I would have ever used to describe the experience of buying a vehicle. I was all but ready to purchase my Kia Borrego from a competing dealer. However, a family member (who had previously purchased a vehicle from Smail) recommended I give them a call. Almost reluctantly, my wife and I went to Smail to see what they could do. We were able to get the same vehicle with a lot more features and less money ... I hate it when my brother-in-law is right.
