Overpriced for basic services. Pulled 4 wheels to do the State Insp and wanted $39 to rotate them. Outright gouging. Not to mention over 2 hour wait for oil change and inspections. I’ve been going to Smail’s for almost 15 years. When I brought my Caddy in for the same type of service it was always done in 1 1/2 hours or less. I will price out the same service at Shorkey’s. I’m guessing it’s comparable so then I’ll stay with one of my local shops. Smail s has changed and it’s not for the better. More

Five times we were told they found the problem, five times it was never fix The fuel gauge on our brand new carnival didn’t work right from day one. Five times we were told they found the problem, five times it was never fixed. It’s currently sitting at the service department, waiting for a trim strip for the last a week and a half, which they just replaced (obviously doing a poor job) a month ago. This was the first brand new car I’ve ever bought and it’s been an ongoing nightmare. The car spends more time in a service bay than my garage, leaving my wife at home with no vehicle and a disabled child. Thank god for father-in-laws who can help in an emergency. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more bucks on the Toyota or Honda, which is exactly what I’ll be trading our Kia for, if they ever give it back. More
