After talking with my friend about her recent new car purchase, I decided to go along with her and look at some new cars. We went in to where she had bought her car, Bill Cline, and I was able to ask hi purchase, I decided to go along with her and look at some new cars. After talking to Bill, I was able to see that a new car was the best option for me. He explained it to me in a way that made perfect sense in my current situation. After leaving, I did some research on cars I liked. I was pretty sure that I wanted an SUV type. I thought I would like the new 2013 Ford Escape, but I also wanted to look at the 2013 Kia Sportage. Bill showed me both. After driving and comparing both, I decided to get the Kia. There were many reasons I liked the Kia better. Bill was so helpful and informative in the entire process! I did not ever feel pressured! My boyfriend, who was with me, said his next car purchase will be from Bill! We were both very pleased with Bill and the other Smail employees.
