We previously owned 3 Hyundai's and only had our last one 8 months. We purchased a Tucson and were just not happy with the size. Wanted back to something the size of our Sante Fe.That is when we saw the Kia Sorrento and knew this was it! Jim went above and beyond to do everything he could to not only get us into a Sorrento but was able to get the color and features we wanted as well. He was a true pleasure to work with! The finance person, Jason was also very good. He explained everything and made that part easy as well. More

He is awesome to deal with, never pushy and if he doesn't know an immediate answer to our questions, he finds out and calls us right back. We have in the past and will continue to refer our friends and family to Jeff. If he ever leaves Smail he better let us know! More

Although we spent a little more time there than we expected (Dealer was extremely busy), Jeff made the time fly just by stopping over and asking if there was anything we needed while also taking care of multiple customers at one time. From Cory, the young man that encouraged me to come in to the dealership, to the manager of the Smail Kia in Greensburg, to Jeff Markle and Jim Calabrese, all were extremely helpful and courteous. I was in a true bind and they were able to get me the financing that I needed and I drove home in a brand new 2015 Kia Forte. What an amazing feeling it was/is to be in reliable transportation once again. My sincerest thanks and gratitude to the entire staff. More
Excellent Sales Experience Jeff Hobbs did everything he said he would do. Didn't push me into buying a car either. I told him what I was looking for, he found a few choices and I picked the car. He knew the cars features and showed them to me. I don't like sales staff at all but he is not typical. He talked to me not at me and worked with me. Being honest is the only way to go. Jeff Hobbs didn't xx me. Sure we chatted and xx'd a little but when it came to the car he seemed honest about it not because he was going to make money off me but rather because he was interested in wanting me to get the vehicle I wanted. Again, not your typical sales person. I would buy another vehicle from him. More

WE BOUGHT 2 CARS IN 4 MONTHS FROM SMAIL I BOUGHT A CAR A FEW MONTHS AGO FROM JEFF HOBBS AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TREATMENT I GOT, SO MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO BUY HIS NEXT SUV FROM HIM AS W I BOUGHT A CAR A FEW MONTHS AGO FROM JEFF HOBBS AND WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TREATMENT I GOT, SO MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO BUY HIS NEXT SUV FROM HIM AS WELL. JEFF IS VERY NICE AND TOTALLY HONEST TO WORK WITH AND WHEN HE PROMISES YOU SOMETHING, IT GETS DONE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO THANK JEFF MARKLE IN FINANCE FOR ALL OF THE HELP HE GAVE US AS WE HAD A BIT OF A DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH MY HUSBANDS TRADE, BUT HE MADE IT HAPPEN. Kia Service Department I took my car to the service department almost 4 weeks ago to have wheels replaced. At that time, another noise was heard so they held off to put on m I took my car to the service department almost 4 weeks ago to have wheels replaced. At that time, another noise was heard so they held off to put on my new wheels until they got the part in for the noise. When I went to pick up my car after work, it was locked and the place was closed! I had to have my husband bring me my key. When I took my car back to the shop to have the noise fixed and new wheels put on, I got my car back and had to drive right back to the shop because it was making ANOTHER noise. They replaced a part, which they thought was causing the noise, only to find out that was not the problem. After over a week, they told me that they figured out the problem and it was my transmission. This was on a Wednesday, he told me that the part was ordered and I would have my car back the following Tuesday or Wednesday. All of this I was okay with, upset that my transmission was bad in a car with only 45000 miles, but happy it was being taken care of. When next Tuesday came, I called to check the status of my vehicle. This time, I spoke with someone else, who tells me that they were still waiting on approval from Kia to replace my transmission and that my car would not be done until Thursday or Friday. On Thursday I called back (had to call twice bc noone returned my call) and he tells me that they finally got approval and that my transmission would be in the next day (Friday) and my car would be done Friday afternoon or Saturday. Well Saturday came and I had not heard from them, so I call yet again to check the status on my vehicle, having planned to get it back this day. I spoke with another person, who tells me that my car will not be done today, the technician working on it was not even in on Saturdays. When I call Monday, im told that my car will be finished today or def tomorrow (Tuesday). I called to find out what time I could pick my car up Tuesday and was told that my car was STILL making a noise. By this time I have had enough and told them I was picking my car up as is and taking it elsewhere. 2 hours later I get a call back that says they found the probelm, it was not my transmission afterall and to give them just 1 more day, the part was being overnighted and it would be done Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning, left a message and received no call back. Called that afternoon and left a message received no call back. I then finally called a 3rd time and was told that my car was being test driven and they would call me back. Well noone ever called me back, they just showed up at my work with my car. FINALLY i have my car back. I was promised a full tank of gas, but it wasnt. I feel that by the end of all of this, they had treated me terribly. They replaced 2 parts in my car before realizing what the actual problem was. These people are supposed to be certified. And the customer service by the end of this nightmare, was terrible! Never returning a call all day long. I will never again take my car to Smail. I will be going elsewhere. More
