Entered service area and it was definitely busy got attention from a check-in specialist fairly quickly (2-3minutes). Got through list of service needs and shuttle was available immediately. Never rece attention from a check-in specialist fairly quickly (2-3minutes). Got through list of service needs and shuttle was available immediately. Never received a call from shop until after 6pm. I was told it should be done by 3-4 that day. So I did expect a call. I was told they called, must have been someone else because it wasn’t me. The shuttle service was not available but I was told there would be someone at my home by 8am the next morning or I’d get a call. Well neither happened. I dialed service department from 8:02am until 8:25 and could not reach anyone. This was pretty frustrating. I kept getting pushed to voicemail. I finally reached a representative at 8:27 and requested the shuttle. Shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes, had no issues with picking up vehicle. The service representative called me at 2:41pm asking me if I had gotten my car yet, kinda strange. I have a Mercedes as well and get it serviced at Smail. In comparing the two experiences I would certainly say there is a difference. Shouldn’t one expect the same? Overall, experience was good just a step below that which I receive with their Mercedes service team. More

Best dealership! Straight forward, no haggling...Kirill was awesome! Knowledgeable on the cars and very polite! In a years time we went and he helped us compare cars side by side, looked another time and w was awesome! Knowledgeable on the cars and very polite! I took my car in for a noise in the front was charged for them to look at it even though they did the repair or struts last time it was in. I also requested an oil change and when I got the vehicle back it d them to look at it even though they did the repair or struts last time it was in. I also requested an oil change and when I got the vehicle back it did not have an updated sticker on the window. I then took the car to another shop to have a 2nd opinion and asked them to check the oil and they stated it was not changed. I called and left a message for the service manager Dave who had Keith return my call and stated he was there when they changed the oil and that it was policy to be charged to check out the vehicle. Hmm in 5-6 years I have taken my car there I was never charged to determine a problem. I would be very wary and double check and repairs on the work you have then do. I for one will not be returning since they wouldn't even give me a refund or admit they could have been wrong More
