It wasn't their fault that my car failed inspection, but the service rep didn't have to try to take advantage of me and try to pressure me into buying 4 tires instead of simply the 2 I needed to pass. Then the service rep didn't have to try to take advantage of me and try to pressure me into buying 4 tires instead of simply the 2 I needed to pass. Then, she was also trying to charge me just under $150 for mounting the tires when the tires were already off of the car. I am glad I went to Export Tire instead! They have cheaper tire prices with better quality tires and will put the tires on your vehicle for free! And, for the 2nd time, this dealership which has a "complimentary car wash and vacuum" didn't do either. She used the excuse it was too cold for the wash but she was just too lazy to do the vacuum/wipe down. More

I found a CPO car on the internet and contacted Smail Kia. Hanna answered questions I had and I set up a time to test dirve the car.
