Went to have my 10. 25-inch Touchscreen Display w/ Navigation repaired on my 2023 Kia Seltos. Two items were to be addressed. The technician released my Kia Seltos Nigh 25-inch Touchscreen Display w/ Navigation repaired on my 2023 Kia Seltos. Two items were to be addressed. The technician released my Kia Seltos Nightfall stating that the items were either non existent or re-programmed. Neither item was fixed! Showed the gentleman that signed my in, and he stated that he wanted his shop foreman to work on my car. I would need to reschedule for another appointment. Two visits to Smail Kia since owning the vehicle and no satisfaction on either visit. I'm not a happy customer! More

Very unprofessional especially telling me and also my boyfriend in another phone call, my Silverado was ready which I dropped off a KIA. Very abrasive and harsh as if we were bothering her to find out if our car was done that we explicitly said needed done by that evening since this had been an almost two-week debacle, since NO voicemail was ever left. Only exception is one great salesman named Jeff that tried to help the sinking ship. Aaron was very polite at the checkout when picking up the vehicle and that as refreshing. A little customer service training would help. Especially to make sure if you are speaking nasty about customers that you were on the phone with, please make sure one of them are not in the waiting room to pick up the keys, again very unprofessional to do this in public. We were hoping to purchase a new 2500 HD and another new GMC SUV or Bronco but now are taking our business elsewhere. More
