I found a CPO car on the internet and contacted Smail Kia. Hanna answered questions I had and I set up a time to test dirve the car. Everything was on the up and up. The finance guy was good to deal with and he quickly got everything set up for us even though we were from out of state. They were great to deal with and treated us 100% fairly! More

Smail Kia service is overpriced for the quality of service and Kia in general as a whole company should do better with their service we were charged for A diagnostic check to determine a problem with service and Kia in general as a whole company should do better with their service we were charged for A diagnostic check to determine a problem with the car because the problem ended up being the battery which wasn’t covered under warranty, and because of that the diagnostic check was therefore not covered under warranty. This has never happened to me at any other dealership and any other service of my 30+ years of owning vehicles. It felt like we were being nickel and dimeD for the service. You would not have known if it was the battery or the starter or a separate issue unless you ran the diagnostic check so therefore my car still being under warranty, the diagnostic check should’ve been covered and I was told multiple times multiple ways that it would not be covered under our warranty if it was submitted to be covered which seemed unheard of to me. Once again, overall, the service completed was done. Well it just seem to be excessively priced when I compared services to other dealerships in the area. On top of that I had to wait 4 1/2 hours to be told what the issue was for them to then fix it and when I went to pick up the car, I couldn’t even get the courtesy of getting a car wash. If I didn’t own a Kia and there were other dealerships closer I would probably try out their service department based on my previous to experiences now at Smail Kia! More
