It was a true pleasure to work with our salesman, Todd Rohaly, and the rest of the staff at Smail Acura in Greensburg, PA. Being a salesman I find myself more often than not being critical of other salespeople. There was no need to put up my guard with these folks. They know their product, treat you with respect, and have great follow-up and follow-through. My wife and I could not have been more delighted. Lastly, the meeting with the F&I manager Jim was a breeze. He had everthing ready to go and we were on our way in no time. He was very organized and is a consumate professional. We drove a long way to visit Smail Acura and so far we are glad we did! More
My experience with Smail Acura has been wonderful. This is my third TSX because it gives you such a great value for the money. Everyone at Acura that I have had to deal with including service has always be is my third TSX because it gives you such a great value for the money. Everyone at Acura that I have had to deal with including service has always been very helpful and thorough. I have especially appreciated John Howards assistance through the whole process. Deciding on what to get can be a daunting task, and he made it very easy to make the right choice. He is very knowledgable about ACURA's and listens very well to what my needs were. In addition, my previous TSX needed minor body repair and he took it upon himself to take it to the Smail collision center since I made the early decision to get into a new TSX the week before the 08 TSX was due in the body shop. I felt that was outstanding customer service and he should be commended for that. More

All in all, it was a great experience. We were quoted a slightly lower price from another dealer in the area, but walked out because we just did not want to do business with them. Let me start by saying I live 5 mile from the Wexford Accura dealership. Clint Robbins knew that I was not in the market for a new car. Nonetheless, he treated me as though I were. He was gracious, thorough & made sure I was comfortable with the purchase as well as the operatio car. Nonetheless, he treated me as though I were. We recently purchased the Acura ZDX from John Howard at Smail Acura. This is the 2nd car we purchased through him, we also purchased the Acura TL in 09. John has truly become like a friend to us. The ZDX was a total surprise to me from my husband. John and the staff at Smail were incredible! They seemed to all take part in my big surprise!! John went to great lengths to make the day special for me and easy for my husband. We felt as though he was just as excited as we were. The dealership was efficient and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. We would be happy to recommend John and the Smail staff as they made our purchases enjoyable and never once pressured us during either sale. More
I had a remote starter in the vehicle that I was trading in, thought I had made it very clear that the remote was switched into the new vehicle or it wasn't a deal. The salesman Todd spoke with his manager in, thought I had made it very clear that the remote was switched into the new vehicle or it wasn't a deal. The salesman Todd spoke with his manager and came back and said they could not switch it but would get me a new starter. The cost of the new starter would be $250 and I would ONLY have to pay $75.00 which I repeated a couple of times and Todd agreed; so I then agreed to the deal. I did get a check for the $175.00 as promised and a month a later when the appointment was scheduled for, I then learned that I had to pay $170.00 plus tax, because that was the deal that Smails had negotiated with the company that installed the remote started. This company also stated that this wasn't the first time that Smails had done this to a customer. I feel strongly that Smails owe me $187.35 the remaining price I had to pay, espciallly since they got a vehicle with a remote starter that they added that to the price to resale to someone else. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. I will recomment Acura to them but through a different dealership, unless they would make this incident correct. More
There is something special about Joe Suto at Smail Acura. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like Joe treated me like a member of his family. Rather, he was warm, patient, and very giving of his time. He even traveled to my home to assist me in setting up my new car with some of the advanced features. I would highly recommend Joe Suto at Smail Acura for anyone interested in buying a car from someone who is kind, and who cares about his customers. More
