This dealership went out of their way to take care of the warranty recall. Got the first notice in 2024, called the other dealership didn’t have the parts made no effort to acquire the part. I went to look at their 2023 Acura TLX Type S PMC edition they had available with only 680 miles on it. The car was 3 years old and they were asking $60,000 and the car stickered new at $63,000. Considering they had available with only 680 miles on it. The car was 3 years old and they were asking $60,000 and the car stickered new at $63,000. Considering the car is 3 model years old and they said there is only 3000 depreciation is flag number one. Also, this car did not have a clean carfax, flag number 2 (in any world, a ding on car fax reduces value). When buying a car I always look at the trade in value, just in case I would want to get rid of it. The trade in value of the Acura according to KBB was $43,500 (Obviously I wasn't expecting to buy it for that). The car I was considering trading was a 2023 Audi S3 Prestige edition. Low end KBB value for my trade was $45,600 and high end was $51,000. My car has 14,000 on it and it is flawless and has a clean car fax. This dealership offered me $36,000 for a trade. This is $14,000 off high end of KBB trade value and would have had me paying an additional $26,000 for their car, that if you compare like for like trade in values, mine was worth more. I was even willing to pay full price for their car. Obviously they are a little out of touch with reality here, I then proceeded to work with two out of state Acura dealerships and sent pics of my car and gave a VIN, both dealerships had a type S in stock. One dealership offered me $47k on trade and the other $45,500 but they also knocked 2 grand off their cars. My point is in no world is my car valued at $36,000. Just trying to save you time as they truly do not know how to value a trade and I buy alot of cars. I have never seen something this far off on trade value in my 52 years of life. They then proceeded to tell me that since I put $5500 19" Audi fully forged wheels on it and it wasn't the original 19" wheels, that decreased the value a bit. COMEON! It was obvious they had no interest in selling a car. That explains why their dealership was completely empty of any customers. I very seldom leave a negative review. I just want to warn people what to expect at this place. More
