My experience was night and day compared to the other dealerships that I visited. I was referred to Mr. Robins after an exhausting search and much disappointment. I encountered unprofessionalism and arrogance and was quite apprehensive by the time I walked through the doors at Smail Acura. From the moment that I was greeted by Mr Robins I truly felt my apprehension slip away. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and his care for his customers safety and happiness is what immediately set him apart. What really impressed me the most was that although I was not there to purchase an Acura as he well knew, he still took me for a test drive in the Acura since I had such a negative experience at the North Hills location. He wanted to turn that experience into something positive! Furthermore, I was purchasing a much less expensive vehicle but he treated me as if I was there to purchase the most expensive suv on the lot. Very Impressive! As I told him, he is a true gentleman and he now has a customer for life! I trust him inexplicably! If you choose to buy from Mr Robins, know that you are in the best hands!!! More
I’m back… Yes I’m back for my second MDX and another great experience working with Smail Acura and salesman Clint Robbins. Yes, again I drove those 55 miles to Smail when I am still 2.4 miles from tha great experience working with Smail Acura and salesman Clint Robbins. Yes, again I drove those 55 miles to Smail when I am still 2.4 miles from that other Acura dealership. Over these 3 years I have received genuine excellent care from Smail Acura. It’s the small things they do that make all the difference! And as you know, small things add up to a dealership with fantastic people who truly care about making you feel extra special. Small things like calling and really getting a friendly receptionist who doesn’t put you on hold or cut you off in mid-sentence. Small things like having an actual conversation with Gabe in the Service Department about what service was done, understanding everything he said and no billing surprises when you pick up the car! Small things like getting a birthday card every year, yes every year, from my salesman Clint Robbins – no kidding – how does he do that! Seriously, I’m not making this stuff up! Well, it is all those small things that set Smail Acura far apart from other dealerships. If you are looking to be taken great care of after you drive home in your Acura, then Smail Acura is your dealership! I could go on and on and on about Salesman Clint Robbins, but to sum it up he just makes it easy! No drama, no hype, no secret numbers, no running back-n-forth. He again treated me great and continues to be just as nice and professional as the first day I met him 3 years ago. He has always taken my calls, answered my questions and has always made me feel as if I were his only client. Clint Robbins took the time to call me just to say he was sorry he could not take the time to say hello while I was having my car serviced – okay really who does that? Now that speaks volumes! Oh my! I was contacted by John Howard about the available lease on the 2014 RLX. Upon arrival I noticed some preliminary paper work on the desk and immediately realized that this deal was as John had promised. The test drive, the inordinate amount of time that John spends with us, the clear explanations, the next day follow up to schedule our lessons at attempting to master the technology in the vehicle and the genuine concern that John shows to us not only as customers but as friends is THE reason why Smail Acura is our dealer of choice. I never feel pressured when at the dealership and as an informed car buyer I know that when I deal with John that I am obtaining the best possible deal on the vehicle. It has been four days since we acquired the vehicle and there has been three contacts with John. He is never to busy to share quality time with his customers and in fact we are meeting today for our technology lesson. Prior to our decision on an MDX, my wife & researched/considered every comparable SUV on the market. We explained to CJ how we were in the market for an SUV, & considering an MDX; but were unsure which package best suited our needs. CJ was very knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the differences, available options & pricing. We never felt pressured & he worked patiently with us. CJ could not have been more accommodating (he even made a few follow up calls making sure all's fine) Thank you CJ for making our buying experience a smooth one! More

We experienced a pleasant no pressure buying experience. We went to look at the Nissan, which we saw on the internet, and liked it very much. We told Mike that we were leaving town the next day and couldn't do anything right away. We couldn't see how this was possible, but within a short while we drove away with the Nissan. It was amazing that they were able to take care of all the detail, including the transfer of insurance, the trade etc. so quickly and smoothly. We have read the terms of use that goes with this survey. It is terrible and we suspect many people, if they read it, are turned off by it. More
