He always kept in touch either by mail or anytime I stopped in for service. He provides the excellent service that customers want at a car dealership. As an individual that hates to car shop, I found this experience of shopping for a vehicle the most pleasant experience ever, and I have shopped for As an individual that hates to car shop, I found this experience of shopping for a vehicle the most pleasant experience ever, and I have shopped for many cars in my life time. It was a rainy afternoon, so trying to find a used Honda Pilot that I had my heart set on was no easy task. Our last stop was Smail Honda but somehow my husband and I ended up at the Used Acura Dealership. As we began to approach the building, a nice young man asked if he could help. My typical question is how long have you been selling cars, his reply was 3 months. Typically more experience equals more knowledge. Wrong! CJ Nuss might have been the new guy at the dealership, but he certainly knew how to take care of a potential customer. His was very knowledgable, and if he didn't know the answer he would clarify with a superior that did. He has a great personality, patience and a GREAT attitude. I can only hope that I like my Honda Pilot as much as Bill and I liked the great service we received from CJ Nuss! Already looking for our next vehicle. Lisa and Bill More
