New Acura 2014 MDX Purchase I met Jonathon Lunn for the 1st time last fall of 2013 and test drove the ACURA MDX. However my wife could not come at the time. Jonathon kept me in I met Jonathon Lunn for the 1st time last fall of 2013 and test drove the ACURA MDX. However my wife could not come at the time. Jonathon kept me in the loop but was not pestering me with phone calls. Which I greatly appreciated. He knew of my timetable and respected our conversations as to when we may be ready for a vehicle. When the time came that my wife and I could come over, Jonathan met us with a vehicle ready to test out @ 4.45pm on a Saturday as that was a quick as we could get there from near Altoona, PA. He pointed out all the features to my wife and then allowed her time to test drive the vehicle and when we returned to the dealership asked us with out being pushy if we wanted to discuss the purchase of a vehicle that day. When we came I was pretty certain based on what my wife had told me on the drive over that we would only be looking that day and not rushing into a purchase. However, after meeting with Jonathan and getting price and your dealerships willingness to negotiate a very fair trade for our vehicle we walked away with a New vehicle. He and your appraiser and Brook in finance went above and beyond the call of duty as they finished up the sale and it was almost 8pm in the evening even thought your dealership closes at 5pm. We were very happy with our experience and will recommend Jonathan and your dealership to any of our friends. Thanks for making this car purchase a pleasant one. More

First Honda Pilot purchased in October 2013. Second Honda pilot purchased in March 2014. All within 5 months! Why? Service is unbeatable, Selection - CJ Nuss (Sales Associate) and Vince Ciacco (Gene Honda pilot purchased in March 2014. All within 5 months! Why? Service is unbeatable, Selection - CJ Nuss (Sales Associate) and Vince Ciacco (General Sales Mgr) personally searched the gambit to find what we were looking for and the price we could afford and Trust - although we are all out to make a living, Smail Auto Group focuses on client satisfaction, price affordability and service because bottom line, they want you to come back. (As you can see we did!!) I truly know that if I need anything regarding my vehicles I can depend on them to be there and have our back. No we are not related, although you are treated like family. It just so happened that when we met CJ Nuss back in October 2013, I knew that he would be our future sales associate for all future vehicles, along with referring extended family and close friends. Our friends happened to buy a Honda CRV off of CJ Nuss in February of 2014. They were as impressed as we were with CJ Nuss. May I add along with CJ Nuss is also Vince Ciacco and Jeff Mikell, both Sales Managers that made a lasting impression on my husband Bill and I as well. The three of them take Smail Auto Group to the next level of true professionalism. So if you are looking for a wonderful and memorable experience in purchasing a vehicle, that goes beyond the day that you drive your vehicle off the lot, go to Smail Auto Group and ask for CJ Nuss! Two of my closest friends have purchased vehicles from Smail Acura and have been very pleased not only with the good luck they have had with their cars but also with the people at the dealer ship. The day I was thinking of finalizing the purchase of my RDX my neighbor was having his Acura in for service for a new timing belt at "191,000" miles, due to the fact that I put on around 35,000 miles a year that was the closure.
