So the paperwork at dealership took merely 5 min! John got me the exact car I wanted and spent time going over the car features. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else I went in to get a key copied on 5/30/2015. Bruce at the parts counter said that he wasn't sure if it would fit in his machine, I showed him that it w I went in to get a key copied on 5/30/2015. Bruce at the parts counter said that he wasn't sure if it would fit in his machine, I showed him that it was only 4 screws to remove the key from the OEM flipkey FOB. He said " I don't have a screwdriver". I asked if he could get one and he said 'well it's going to be $29.95 for us to cut it'. It got the feeling he just did not feel like doing the work. I ask to see the manager and he said "I am the manager". I then asked to see his manager and he said "that's the owner". I then left the counter and asked one of his coworkers who his direct supervisor was and she said " Paul Shirley, but he's not in". I would have been happy to rectify this with Paul Shirley but Bruce told me it was the owner, and Im sure the owner will get to see the review on here. I decided that I am never going to come to this location or do business here again. More
