They were more than accommodating when they realized the interior portion of our seat was defective while a recall was being performed. The staff is always professional, patient, kind and understanding. But most importantly, honest. We never feel like we're being taken advantage of. We also had our vehicle inspected. The tech provided a video with details of the inspection, which was more than helpful. We live an hour away but never mind the drive when we know we're dealing with top notch service. More
