As for Sloan Toyota of Malvern, I was happy with the price they offered but feel the experience could have been much better. As a 23-year-old, when I walked in and began looking around I was never approached by anyone to see if I could be helped. After about 25 minutes of looking around the showroom and the lot, I eventually asked someone for help (only because I knew I wanted a Toyota and for no other reason). Aside from that, the building is very nice and the customer service seems very friendly (once you have bought a car). I would certainly recommend Sloane to a friend although I hope they find a way to speed up customer service. More
