Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning.
Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends.
Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's.

Gavin was not very professional. He acted as if he was doing you a favor and you were not that important to him. When I picked my truck up I asked if the windshield wipers were wor He acted as if he was doing you a favor and you were not that important to him. When I picked my truck up I asked if the windshield wipers were working he assured me that they tested them. When I got home I tried them myself and they didn't work. I returned the truck, they tested the windshield wipers said that they worked I asked once again did they test them with water. The answer was yes. When I went to pick the truck up this time, I took a bottle of water with me I wanted to make sure that they were working. Once again they were not working Gavin was gone. I left my truck with another person that said they would give Gavin the keys and let him know that the wipers were not working. When I called the next day Gavin didn't even know that the truck was there. This time they finally figured out what it was. It was a sensor. I had to make 3 extra trips in to pick the truck up. More

John the Service manager was the only quality and actually above and beyond support we received. I can’t say enough good things about John however, the rest of the service team which included the s actually above and beyond support we received. I can’t say enough good things about John however, the rest of the service team which included the service rep, and the parts manager were the worst we’ve ever dealt with the communication was incorrect inconsistent, and it prolong the repair significantly costing us significant time and money. Parts manager was the rudest. Threaten to rip out parts when I asked why they weren’t reducing the price due to all of the screw ups. Ridiculous customer service.
