He was also quite knowledgeable about cars in general which you don't always get in a salesperson. Jeff is a funny guy and made the financial aspect of our business smooth and simple. He was patient with my questions and obviously has a passion for cars and his customers. Prior to coming to Skyline Ford I held the belief that many car buyers do, that all dealers are the same with the idea that needing to "wheel and deal" is a necessity, and that in the end the dealer always "wins." My experience with Skyline Ford was the absolute opposite. I felt heard regarding a few very minor (cosmetic) issues with my new rig and was given reasonable accommodation quickly. I left the dealership with an excellent truck at an excellent deal and never once felt they were taking advantage of me. Overall I can tell why Skyline is so highly rated and I'll definitely come here first with my needs in the future. Special thanks again to Victor and Jeff -- you guys rock.
