Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning.
Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends.
Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's.

Julian was very helpful right from the start. I felt comfortable working with him on the phone, which is how we first made contact. I could tell that Julian was interested in helping me find the best car for me. He was very informative and had great ideas and insight to help me make the right choice. I didn’t even see the car on the lot before committing to purchasing it, which is rare for me to feel that confident about buying a car sight unseen. I just needed to select a car quickly as I had just started a new job that would involve a lot of commute time on the highway. Being able to trust him so easily for his professionalism and courteous personality is what made me decide to go for it. Now I am really happy with my new car! More

I used to hate coming into this dealership so much that I took my business to another dealership. The previous service manager was a xxxxing xxxxxxx and made up some xxxxxxxx so I wouldn’t get a warranty iss took my business to another dealership. The previous service manager was a xxxxing xxxxxxx and made up some xxxxxxxx so I wouldn’t get a warranty issue fixed. Nobody wants to feel like they are getting hassled or hustled. Gavin has been great, he helped me fix the exact same issue I brought before. Except without the xx. I had some issues with the truck right after picking it up with a ton of smoke. Got my truck back in right away and set me up with a rental car. Sure it was an inconvenience for a week, but you guys did everything you could to make it work, and gave me a car to use which made all the difference. So good job Gavin and new service manager. Someone buy those guys a beer. More
