I was originally told I would be updated each week. Never happened unless I reach out for an update I had to initiate the call. I was always sent to voicemail. I truly feel he is not a nice person, Gavin Lawson. Reaching him was a huge challenge. I ask him if has talked to ford, you to me no but I could. So I did ford told me a different story then what Gavin had been telling me. Gavin over the phone made me feel stupid and reprimanded me like was a kid, attempts to figure out what’s actually wrong with my truck and what’s it actually gonna take I started talking to John service manager. I asked John if there is an aftermarket part and he said he would check into it and John at that point made me feel that I was a person and a customer. Still to this day no wonder if his service department people met me when I picked up my truck. My truck window has so much dust and fingerprints on it for being in your lot for over several several months and I’m not sure why that was because I didn’t have fingerprints on my windshield on the inside but I left it there, but Gavin still hasn’t called me to see how my truck has been nothing so to make a long story longer probably will never come back to for SKYLINE FORD because of the service Gavin gave me and made me feel like customers aren’t worth anything for lack of better words at least that’s how he made me feel and him being a representative for SKYLINE FORD that’s my opinion, and it’s been very sad in that case . I’ve called the service department since I picked up my truck and no one has called me back regarding the condition mess in the cab to this date More
