Wow! I love my new C-Max hybrid! Don Watson was amazing to work with. The very first time I went in just to look at the car, he provided me the information I needed with no sales pressure. I test drove a different brand hybrid at a different dealership and even if I had liked that car (which I didn't) the difference in sales professionalism was so obvious that Don and Skyline would have convinced me to buy the C-Max without a doubt. When I went back, again there was no pressure - Don listened with so much attention to all of my needs and wants in a car and let me look over his shoulder on his computer as he searched to find the car that best fit my needs. Again, no pressure. And as a professional sales person myself, I totally appreciated his low key approach - I wanted to do business with him. Once he found the car, the delivery was flawless and efficient. Did I say that I love my C-Max hybrid?? For the first time in my career, I missed a week at the gas station! I got gas midway through week 2 because it felt like I should, but I still had over 100 miles to go to empty! My very first gas fill was 41mpg! The first time I drove the C-Max in a very serious wind and rain storm I was so impressed - I have never driven a car that held the road so well. I didn't even realize how bad the storm was until I got to my destination and got out of the car. I would recommend the C-Max Hybrid, Skyline Ford and especially Don Watson to anyone and everyone! This is the third Focus we have purchased from Skyline Keizer Ford and Sage Bass in particular. That by itself should say something about Sage. You can tell he is digitally literate and completely understands the features. And the best thing - if you say "No" he doesn't press. He is more concerned with customer satisfaction than making the sell since he knows that is how repeat customers are made.
